OUR STORY
It all started in 2020 by expert hairstylist Nicole Leal in West Hollywood, CA. After years in corporate education and growing boutique education it was time to create an education platform that solely encompassed her teaching style and approach. The name was created when she was working at a temporary salon and the only day of the week the salon was available for education was Sunday.
Following the launch of the platform the team was complete. Meet the team: Anthony Holguin, Morgan Parks, Tauni Dawson, and Amber Maynard.
This is where professional hairstylist begin to better themselves as a hairstylist and improve the habits in their daily salon business. It's a place where education meets confidence. We are more than just hair.

Nicole Leal
Education has been a part of my entire career since day one. "I remember the first education class I took while in cosmetology school and immediately knew I wanted to be an educator. It's true what they say. Education is key." ~NL
With over 20 years of experience in the salon industry her experience ranges from starting two independent education platforms, manufacture education, assistant programs and now salon ownership. Today she is most excited to be working with the top team she has created and can't wait to see everyone shine with what they know and do best.
